About me

Joining Dentsu in 2002, Ayu started her career as a strategist. As a creative director today, she enjoys working seamlessly across business and creative solutions driven by bold and intriguing ideas.
Ayu has worked with a variety of clients in building creative strategies, and brand driven creative communication. She has led global and local projects, covering various fields such as beauty, homecare, healthcare, technology, and even country branding.
She has been a member of Health and Wellness Jury of Cannes Lions 2017, and judged in various national creative awards since. She has been a jury member of ACC Tokyo Creativity Awards for the past 4 years, in the Marketing Effectiveness category.
As a mother herself, she is passionate about creating a healthy learning environment for women and girls.
