ABOUT

I was assigned with creating an illustration for a medieval city called Brightwik. I created a description with every thing from maps to art work.
Concept:
Started with research on medieval towns, castles and societies. After that I interviewed the client for what things we must include that work with the setting we are going for. I also did a few calculations to see how much agricultural land must the city control to be self-sufficient.
Execution:
Created a few maps of the city, The manor house, the old keep and the 3 districts. Then made a few sketches to visualize the city, then finally made a few illustrations from which one was selected by the client for polish.
Result:
Client was happy with the end result and as for whoever is reading this, can check out the finished product on my artstation.
