SELF DIRECTED BRIEF.
Octagon is an award winning luxury homes developer through London and the home counties – they deliver nothing but the best. Having looked at their website and branding, I felt compelled to approach their design and brand from a different perspective and so this is how the project was born. After researching Octagon and its competitors, I responded by creating a very simple identity, which reflects name whilst respecting the high-end nature of the company without going over the top. The brochures coherently continue the brands image by combining strong layouts with white space to mirror the generosity of the properties. I also introduced a variation of colours to represent each property as a visual connection and also to refresh the look and feel of Octagon. The result is a clean, modern but classic and a visually pleasing brand which compliments and highlights Octagon’s passion.
