I have over 25 years of experience in strategy, investment, and business development, with a passion for sustainability and innovation. My core competencies include identifying, managing, and investing in organisations, projects and relationships across various sectors, as well as developing business models, attracting new investment, and supporting strategic planning.
My experience includes exits of companies that I founded or co-founded by both IPO on Nasdaq, trade sale and MBO.
My real passion lies in the world of both historic and contemporary art - across all disciplines - and I am always especially honoured to work on great projects that combine fantastic innovative modern art with the legacies of great artists of the past.
My role at Casa Batllo is to work with a small team, reporting directly to the General Manager, specifically building and inplementing a strategy for a project called The Heritage of Tomorrow. The project identifies contempory artists, from several disciplines, and invites them to create bespoke works inspired by the genius of Antoni Gaudi. The works are show at the house to nearly 2m visitors per year and range from public mapping (the most recent in Feb25, where Quayola created a show for 110,000 members of the public, live on Spanish CAT3 Television and covered by over 50 prestigious, global publications), to digital works and onwards.
Previous roles include:
Director of Business Relations and Strategy at flora&faunavisions, the Berlin based creative agency that designs immersive experiences and events for global brands and designs, produces and launches its own immersive experiences to audiences across the globe. In this role, I was responsible for expanding the client base, developing new partnerships, devoping the strategy of the organisation, and overseeing the relationship management of international clients.
