ABOUT
-Studio workflow management, ensuring work is done in the most efficient way, respecting the high quality standards of the company
-Management of a team of 10 people (seamstresses, assistants, interns) during Fashion Week and a team of 6 on daily basis
-Manually create complex patterns and toiles from sketches for Fashion Shows, Celebrities, International VIP Clients and Shop Orders within the allocated timeframes
-Manually grade patterns for production
-Work everyday with the Creative Directors, coming up with suggestions on how products can be developed and improved
-Meet the private clients, take their measurements and oversee all fittings to create high quality bespoke garments
-Quality control on all garments
-Interviewing, mentoring and training assistants in pattern making and cuttings
-Make inventories of studio's materials (fabrics, leathers, supply) and mantain them updated
-Travel around Europe to meet VIP Clients, representing the Company
