I was commissioned to create a sales brochure for CJ developments new project 7 Bricks. I then set about on a photography shoot of the local area and meeting the local businesses to share the new project. In doing so I was offered a list of offers to welcome the new tenants and printed a gold foil certificate for them to use when settled in. The brochure offers visuals of the apartments along with detailed plans and amenities. The print was created to open out as a 3 page spread for maximum impact. The client was amazing and keen to create an experience with the booklet including a range of print textures and foil finishes.
