ABOUT

Context
ECHO is a time bank platform where members buy and sell their skills, services and resources
they have for those that they need, using a currency called Echoes.
The platform has a steady flow of new members joining, new listings being added and
a loyal core of repeat users who regularly visit the platform and trade Echoes. However
more than 50% of the online traffic comes from mobile. Echo wanted to reimagine it’s
service as mobile first experience to reduce user friction grow its community.
Challenge

to grow its community beyond its inner circle and
