The brief was to write a report based on the results of a survey on the topic of European healthcare and the retail system, to provide insights into this topic to C-suite leaders in retail and in healthcare. I interviewed subject matter experts and distilled bulk research data into a working draft, which I then refined and delivered on time as a comprehensive, engaging, and provocative report.
