I worked for several years as a freelance copy editor for the US's most popular cooking magazine, Bon Appetit. My remit was to ensure editorial accuracy and consistency with the house style guide. My performance was commendable to the extent that the company commissioned me to copy edit their Fast Easy Fresh cookbook, published by Random House.
