"IKEA is one of the most popular home furniture retailers, with over 300 active stores worldwide. For a brand as massive as IKEA, customer onboarding was a challenge. To manage product availability in stocks, gather customers’ information and the applicable discounts was a huge task until we came up with the ERP solution.

We worked together to build a solution that would become the first point of contact for every IKEA walk-in customer. Our efforts led to the creation of an ERP solution that is today getting expanded at over seven IKEA stores in the UAE.
