For Fuse's final big event of the year, we ran a mini ABM-lite campaign. As well as emailing customers and prospects, we also sent out postcards. These were designed to look realistic - for a given value of 'realistic' - with scanned handwriting and custom postage stamps. Each card was personalised by hand with the name of the prospect, and sent in a hand-addressed envelope; an elegant approach for a more civilised age.
