I was trying to solve the problem for users who are new to technology, the main aspect of the products, was to help and guide users so their experience was one of learning and ease.
the goal was to create an informative website and app, that would have tutorials and easy to follow steps in order to introduce users who are new to technology, the power of online shopping.
The design of the product is supposed to be simple, so its not as overpowering to the user. It also means the flow of the design can expand across all platforms which will help the user finding what they want as they will be used to the design.
