Inspired by the work of sketchyvisulals I followed his animated logo process that he made with C4D but I recreated something similar with different software #3dsmax #vray #tyflow and #PhoenixFD.

Its not the tools that's important its your ability to use them.

At its heart its a fluid simulation that splashes around in the shape of the logo. This movement is then advected to a million particles that change colour based on their speed.

The rendered footage is re-timed with After effects. To help with this timing I used a high pass audio filter to limit the frequencies.

Look at different software and tools for inspiration.

Experiment.

Apply that knowledge in new and creative ways.
