About me

I have recently completed a degree in International Business Studies with Chinese, which I believe has given me the foresight and knowledge to excel within a specific business role. Throughout my university life I have progressively improved my Language skills, especially last year when I spent a full year studying Chinese at Shanghai University in China. This was a fantastic opportunity for me as it enabled me to adapt to life within another culture whilst defining and shaping my linguistic style. I value my experiences in Shanghai very highly. I understand with the current economic downturn now is not a good time for graduates to look for work, however I believe my qualifications will prove to be productive during these hard times, especially for a business working with or looking to work with China.Over the 4 years studying International Business alongside my Chinese I have benefited through studying some very interesting modules. Of late, Corporate Social Responsibility and International Business Ethics have been very rewarding, as they are so adaptable to the current business environment with everybody going green. I have written detailed business report across a broad spectrum of modules, such as International Marketing, Human Resource Management and European Business Practice plus many more. I especially enjoyed studying International Marketing as Marketing has always infatuated me, and I see advertising as an avenue I would love to explore.
