Through my career I have been able to work independently and with creative teams as an integral part of the creative process. Within these teams I have been able to set goals, manage strict timelines, mentor junior designers, hold the confidence to present strategic creative ideas and executions, and embody the detailed precision to manage expectations to senior executives and stakeholders.
No matter what size group I always maintain a mature, no-ego mentality and ensure that feedback and critiques, either given or received, ultimately serves the greater good of solving the design challenges at hand and delivers a high-quality product that the client will be pleased with.
