About me

Good Morning

As Client Relations and Marketing Executive in my previous position in Cape Town, South Africa, I oversaw the running of the entire academic department. Beginning with the building and maintaining of strong relationships involving regular offsite meetings to fully understand their needs, product and expectations, continuous up selling, ensuring client loyalty and dealing with client queries, acting as first point of contact Through to the design, planning and implementation of Marketing Campaigns and all tasks involved herein; this includes social media, direct marketing, planning of launches, public book signings, exhibitions and events and design of promotional material.

I'm confident that my previous project management experience and Prince 2 Practitioner qualification has granted me the tools and techniques to ensure adequate planning and strategic , accurate implementation of all tasks faced when working on multiple projects simultaneously and due to my extensive nationwide travels; a highly adaptive nature, allowing me the ability to grow and evolve in changing work environments, create and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Previously working as a New Business Developer and having managed client relations has equipped me with confident communication and interpersonal skills and an open-minded approach to people and new environments, these attributes also help me thrive in team situations, in which I thoroughly enjoy working.

I am originally from the UK and therefore do not need a work permit.
