About me

My name is Annika and I am confident my background, a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design in combination with my experiences and ambitions will be a great asset to your company. I am looking for an opportunity to move abroad and work with great designs and I am very eager for new challenges.

Currently I live in Stockholm, Sweden, and just ended my job as a Kitchen designer for Kvik. We designed kitchens and bathrooms with the concept that the client gave us all measurements and they assembled the kitchen and bathroom themselves.

Prior to that I worked as a designer/sales associate for Färgab. It is a small company with two store locations, selling paint, wallpaper, flooring, and textiles. My main department and responsibilities was textiles, window treatments, accessories, home and business consultations. This was a non-existing service before I came along and it became a very popular service. I was fully and solo in charge for every design project, from the first contact to completion.

I earned my Bachelor Degree in Interior Design at O'More College of Design in Franklin, TN. It is a 4-year FIDER accredited program. During my years in school I had the privilege to work for a few different design firms, which gave me a great opportunity for some hands-on and real-life experience. Prior to my college years I supported myself by working as a nanny for several years in the USA.
