About me

In my current role I am responsible for the Web Design and Hosting side of the business along with design and print. My current role is a varied role in which I am required to get involved in all aspects of the industry for example:

- Website Design using Dreamweaver and coding in DHTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP (forms).

- Design (Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Server Administration using Plesk 7.5 this includes setting up email and spam filters

- Booking New Jobs into the ePro Print Management System.

- Second in command managing one other staff member.

- Manage the Local Area Network and PC Support.

I have a HND in Computers (included website design modules) with 3 years experience in the Design industry and 5 years experience within administration and customer support roles.

I am competent in using a variety of software within the Design industry including Dreamweaver, PHP Designer 2008 and Fireworks. I use CSS, HTML, XHTML and PHP to code websites. In my current role I am the server administrator for our virtual server. I use Plesk 7.5 to manage web accounts, transfer and manage domain names and setup email for customers.

I am confident on the telephone and dealing with customers face to face.
