Skilled in Broadcasting, Advertising, Branding, Production & Project Management, Digital Media, Post Production, Leadership including mentoring, Operational Management & Business Transformation, Product Ownership (Marketing Systems) and sustainable production. Qualified in Agile Project Management.
Previously Controller of Production & Operations, ITV Creative (ITV's in house creative agency).
Operational bridge role into ITV's Content Supply and Distribution team responsible for reducing risk and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Group Marketing representative on ITV's Green Team Steering Group, and ITV Production's Green Team, leading a working group driving the changes we need to make to be a sustainable business and reduce our environmental impact as individuals. Responsible for sustainable production in Marketing (with ITV Creative being the first in house agency to be officially 'albert' certified for short form production).
In Jan 2021, launched ITV's internal Home Planet sustainable living app for colleagues, working with the product owners from ITV Technology.
Involved in a number of internal ITV networks (ITVAble/ITVBalance/Women's Network), and within working groups on cross company internal initiatives (diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and mentoring).
Collaborated with ITV's Access Services Team to ensure promotions are accessible to all ITV's viewers (designing subtitling and audio description workflows).
