Concept: The visual identity is built on the metaphor of natural elements — symbolizing how different areas of expertise come together to drive growth. It represents a team with deep, complementary experience across Finance, HR, Digital, and Product Strategy, united by a shared approach to transformation.  Gradients and grain texture express depth and maturity of expertise, while the logo based on the golden ratio conveys balance and precision.
