My team and I were asked to provide suggestions for improving the customer registration process of the DeutschlandCard loyalty program. Our main objective was to facilitate the online and offline registration process of the program and thus to acquire new users and especially young people. Furthermore, we gave ideas regarding the design of the actual membership card.
