With great knowledge of the creative industry, I am experienced at building initiatives and processes, developing and implementing strategy and growing businesses. Inspired by imagery, technology and working with talented people, I provide the structure to bring these three things together, creating business solutions that achieve quality results.
Joining renowned integrated production studio Taylor James in 2008, MBA in hand, I was tasked with developing and improving business structure to facilitate growth. Building operational foundations and introducing processes, resources and structures, I created the platform to take Taylor James forward. We have recently expanded the London studio and the New York corporation established in 2011 continues to grow, both creating award-winning work that blends technical and creative excellence. Sitting on the Board of Directors, my responsibilities are far reaching, from legal and HR to marketing and operations.
