ABOUT

Dragonfly Garden” is a surface pattern collection inspired by the quiet, mysterious atmosphere of an overgrown garden at dusk. The project explores the relationship between delicate botanical forms and the lightness of dragonflies, creating a balance between structure and organic flow. Floral clusters and insects form repeating compositions designed for textile applications, fashion prints, and decorative surfaces. The collection includes multiple color variations – from soft, natural palettes to deeper, moodier tones – allowing the designs to function across different contexts, from wearable patterns to statement interior pieces. Each pattern was developed as a seamless repeat, with attention to rhythm, spacing, and visual harmony. The goal was to create designs that are both expressive and commercially applicable. This collection reflects my interest in combining illustrative detail with surface design, bridging the space between fine art and functional design.
