The Welcome Book should be delivered in both digital and printable formats, with top-quality resolution suitable for professional printing. The design must reflect the elegance and uniqueness of the property, offering a memorable and luxurious first impression for guests.

The final file should also be editable, allowing the client to update the content as needed in the future.
