About me

Through my studies in Fine Art and with an MA in Video Production and Film Studies I believe that I can bring fresh creative and innovative ideas to the table; from the contemporary art world to the old fashioned with a twist, I find art and music as inspiration in most of my projects as you will see in my film reel.

I am hardworking and very enthusiastic when given a project and work extremely well under pressure, as I have experienced as part of a team in many projects during my time at University and became well aware of the patience and endurance needed when dealing with various responsibilities as a member of that team. As an individual I am open minded and get along with almost everyone I meet.

During my time at University I worked with SLR cameras as well as Sony Z1, Z7 and PD150 cameras and I have a good knowledge of Photoshop, FCP and DVD Studio Pro, as well as Adobe Premiere Pro.
As a combination I believe my skills in both the art world and film is a great advantage for the post-production field, an area I would very much like to pursue in the near future. I am confident that I will be able to develop my skills further and hope to gain a feel of the working professional filmmaking environment, where I can put into practice the skills I have learnt during my time at university. With my art background to fuel my creativity and hard work, I believe that I can accomplish this and become a film editor on a more professional level.
