Anna's work

I am an accomplished Customer Experience Champion for the research, design (UX & UI) and development of all customer-facing channels. Working with top retailers and most recently a high profile property company has allowed me to understand customer behaviours and collaborate with product teams to achieve the best end to end experience. I am passionate about listening to customers and creating actionable insights. I love working with like-minded, skilled individuals - this makes for a great and varied team!
