I have a robust background in various types of production, from feature, game cinematic, AI, to television shows. I have a proven track record of setting and maintaining high creative standards, having developed and implemented guidelines that have enhanced the overall quality and maintained a production environment within the team. With the experience of working on Emmy award-winning shows, I'm confident in my ability to facilitate clear communication with both the creative and production team.
In my current role at Apple, I have facilitated communication between creative and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and execution across all stages of production. I'm responsible for hiring talents and directors, approving budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet expected standards and deadlines. Previously, as a Production Supervisor for Netflix, I spearheaded the development of production workflows for an animated feature by Gore Verbinski, significantly boosting productivity across all departments. My role involved managing multiple departments, training coordinators, and maintaining effective communication channels, which ensured the seamless execution of projects. I also served as the key liaison between directors and vendors, providing solutions to mitigate production risks and ensuring precise data reporting.
