Drexel University Senior Collection. Beginning in November of 2018 I began developing my concept for my senior collection. Inspired by city lights as seen from an airplane, I designed a collection of 5 evening wear looks. The collection consisted of 2 short dresses, 2 long dresses, and a pants ensemble. The core colors were navy and gold, which I accented with hand beaded designs on most of the pieces. From November through April I patterned, sewed, and beaded most of the garments. In May I fit each look to the models and completed the bead work. The garments were shown in the school's senior showcase on June 1st, 2019.
