As part of their ongoing collaboration with BBC Ideas, Angel Sharp Media were tasked with making a film relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic - telling the story of the only time so far in history that humanity has successfully wiped out a disease.

The only challenge – that film had to be made in lockdown conditions.

Using careful mix of studio filming, remote interviews and archive footage, Angel Sharp Media rose to the challenge.
