ABOUT

The flight deck of the UESA Ulysses, an orbital shuttle designed to carry cargo and passengers between the much larger inter-planetary ships delivering to and from the mining and research bases working among the moons of Jupiter.

Inspired by the work of the great Paul Pepera, this is an exploration into near future technology. I wanted to create an environment which included believable functional controls based on recognisable current technology. I also wanted the image to be quite claustrophobic conveying the feeling that space is at a premium.

The model was created in Blender, with post production and lighting in photoshop.
