Virtual fireplace videos are an online phenomenon, but they aren't enjoyed by people facing homelessness in the UK. To support Shelter in the run up to Christmas, people could watch a different kind of virtual fireplace video while raising money for the charity at the same time. When people played The Good Fire on Youtube, it generated Google AdSense revenue and, in turn, Shelter donations, transforming virtual heat intro real warmth for those needing it most.
