Ember Wing Co. is a fictional food-commercial concept built around the sensory path from coating to crunch. Four wings enter seasoned buttermilk, move through a textured flour coating and drop into a commercial fryer. The golden crust then becomes the surface for a deep amber hot-honey chili glaze, applied in a dark bowl before the wings land in their final serving composition.

The film uses close macro framing to make each stage legible: marinade trails, flour particles, fryer bubbles, rough crust, glossy glaze and the pale interior of the hero wing. A single pull-apart moment provides the central payoff, contrasting a sharp crust fracture with steaming meat and a stretching glaze. The palette stays in charcoal, amber, red and black, with restrained branded paper and a clean end-card treatment. The visible final line is “HEAT YOU CAN HEAR,” supported by “HOT HONEY CRUNCH.” The project is a study in appetite-led sequencing and tactile food motion.
