A visual experiment built around a simple constraint: the people are completely invisible, while their clothing and accessories remain physically present. The still images were generated with GPT Image 2.5, then animated using image-to-video with MiniMax H3. A lot of the work went into keeping the illusion consistent - believable clothing volume, visible interior surfaces and no transparent or refractive human forms.
