• Started off as Senior Retoucher and left the company as the Photo Director, while continuing to maintain my workload of retouching.
• Created templated PSD files to make quick work of color changing for products.
• As manager of the team, I created an environment of growth and ownership so that each member would be encouraged to do their most creative work.
• Helped identify brand imagery during transition from Craftsy (arts and crafts focused) to Bluprint (learn it make it). Used marketing testing and social metrics to determine what type of imagery was most successful.
