I was on contract as a Content Writer for Department for Health and Social Care, I was placed in the Inclusive Design Department with a great team of talented and skilled designers. After a few weeks of being there, they promoted me to Studio Manager for their Print Department - I was keen for the chance of managing and working on the larger scale communications projects there too -

One of the many beautiful design tasks we were given was to create a brochure for COP26 which was going to be held at Glasgow. I was leading 3 designers, one of which was a highly experienced senior designer Andrew Beswick - I worked on the written content for this while Andrew worked on the visual look, graphics and design of it. The information we were asked to present by the stakeholders was immense. However Andrew and I and the design team had a brilliant joyful time creating this.
