A magazine created for Virign Media, sent out to 1.2 million customers promoting the benefits of their Full House TV package. Our brief was to enable customers to understand the full bredth of their package and help them to take out at least one new benefit. The magazine helped increase NPS results and decrease downspin within the customer database.
