The Annual report for this joint project between NHS, Lambeth Council and MHT London. The entire interactive report was designed for DVD so that 14 videos of events, activities and participants interviews could be embedded into the design allowing for a more engaging and informative report which made the need for the project apparent and personal as well as raise more funding for future similar projects.
