About me

Andrew Shebbeare has been with Essence for over a decade, having co-founded the agency in 2005. In this time, he has helped propel the agency's longtime relationship with key client Google to a global level, established Essence's presence in North America and been a key driver of change and innovation across the agency. Since Essence's 2015 acquisition by WPP's GroupM, Shebbeare has continued to drive excellence in digital and technology as well as playing a major role in developing the agency's proposition to cover all media. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Essence, Andrew focuses on business strategy and future focuses media and creative innovation.
