Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the role of Project/Account Manager.

As my attached CV illustrates, two integral facets to my current position as Head of Communications & Sales Strategy for a small wholesale food distributor, is both creative project management and event coordination. Project management is an essential part of my daily routine in coordinating my marketing and sales team and indeed in successfully executing and delivering wider creative project briefs. These include the bi-monthly production of new promotional literature. I have extensive experience in both drafting and indeed managing the creative process on a brief, and this recently included an identity re-branding for my current organisation.

I thrive in an environment in which I have a strong sense of creative input to shape the direction of the project and this role seems so value such a skill. A creative eye as well as a confident coordination skills are key to success for an Account Manager and these are two areas in which I feel my strengths lie. I also have experience in events, coordinating my current company's presence at the annual Speciality Food Fair in Olympia. Consequently I appreciate the ability to manage several projects, deadlines and commitments at once and this fast-paced environment is one which I relish.

I have experience of working for a small business and so understand the working dynamic such an environment demands. I also speak fluent Spanish.
