Greetings,
I started my own agency from scratch three years ago - and won some wonderful clients who bought all we offered.
So far so good. But now, thanks to more staff and work, I only spend about 20% of my time doing what I really love. That is, concieving and writing good ads and DM.
So I'm taking action. I'm selling up and throwing myself back into freelance, temp to perm or whatever turns up. As long as I have a pencil in my hand rather than a card or bank statement.
It might look perverse. But alas, my heart is bigger than my ego.
