About me

I believe I have relevant experience, interests and skills which make me an ideal candidate for the role of Graduates / Account Executives for Tag Worldwide. I have a 2:1 BA (Hons) Media Writing degree, a blend of creative writing and practical production. Since graduating, I have built up some varied experience. I worked as an Editorial Assistant in a busy national news agency where I had a diverse set of duties supporting the editorial team. I also worked a short-term contract in an experiential advertising agency as an Operations Assistant, as well as building a published portfolio of 200 articles for a renowned football website. Recently, I have spent time training to be an English and Media teacher, although I have since decided this is not something I want to pursue as a career.

I have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and have experience communicating one-to-one and to large groups of various ages. I have a polite and efficient telephone manner and a well presented, smart appearance. I have very strong ICT skills, with experience of various packages on both PCs and Macs from my previous employment, studies and personal leisure time. As well as my high level of literacy, I am also strong with numeracy and have a top-grade in GCSE Maths. I have a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach, taking great pride in the quality of my work. I am used to juggling varied and demanding workloads, am a self-starter capable of working independently to initiative as well as being a real team player. I am calm under pressure and I am looking for a challenging role in which I can make a difference and progress.
