About me

There is a better way to build software. There's a better way to build businesses. There's probably even a better way to build birthday cakes. Product management is my passion, but I'm much more equipped to handle software than I am baking. I believe in agile (specifically extreme programming), I believe in lean, and I believe in good people. I've been part of projects who follow these principles and experience great success, just as I have been part of projects who ignore them and fail.

I've worked at two failed startups and carry all the bumps, bruises, and learnings associated. I currently work for one of the world's premiere software consulting firms and get to take part in helping clients bring their products to life, while empowering them to build better software.

Previous projects focused on big data and analytics solutions in the education technology space. Edtech is a giant industry with very real, very big problems, but I'm a believer that data is going to be a key component in solving most of those problems. Other missions we tackled included student engagement and the delivery of digital content in a variety of formats.

It's 2016, and the world deserves better software. The developers deserve better processes, the customers deserve better solutions, and businesses deserve better returns. I'm thrilled to be a part of the product revolution, one product at a time.
