Andrea is an executive leader in customer experience, digital transformation and innovating client brand ecosystems to enhance and extend the value of some of the world's most recognisable brands. Her last 8 years in global leadership have included successful agency and client relationship expansions across N America, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London. She's re-built high performance teams from scratch, scaled capabilities to new markets and regions and partnered with clients to realise their digital innovation and transformation initiatives across automotive, healthcare, hospitality, consumer goods and financial services. She excels at C-suite relationships, business development, and agency operations. Despite her tenure at an executive level, Andrea is an entrepreneurial spirit who pushes the boundaries and is equally comfortable in small start-ups and large matrix organisations, still very driven by the hands-on experience of working with surrounding teams to deliver award-winning and effective work.
Andrea has tripled revenue, increased profitability and diversified Critical Mass capabilities. She's contributed to cultural health implementing bias training, a new focus on empathetic leadership, and cultivating creativity that delivers business results.
Andrea's been named to the 2020 BIMA 100 list of CEOs and Leaders as one of the industry's most influential in digital and technology and previously been recognised in Campaign Asia's 40 Under 40.
Prior to Critical Mass, she's held business leadership roles with R/GA, TBWA, and WPP.
