Lentils Commercial — Strength in Every Spoon
Why does healthy food advertising so often look sad and uninspiring?
This project explores a different way of presenting lentils, aimed at a younger audience.
Lentils are not only healthy, they are delicious, incredibly easy to cook, and a powerful source of energy.
The concept of the animation is built around three key ideas:
1) Energy
2) Simplicity of preparation
3) Taste
Bright, vibrant colors were intentionally chosen to break away from the stereotype that healthy food must look bland or boring. If fast food is allowed to be bold and colorful, then lentils deserve that energy even more.
At the same time, a subtle textured style was kept to preserve a natural, eco-friendly feel.
An energetic take on a simple but powerful ingredient.
