At Kahoot! I have been analysing the user experience over the different channels and imagining ways to improve and enhance the experience, both from the user perspective and from the internal perspective (i.e. how can we increase the competition factor and stimulate the learning at the same time?, how can we change or increase the information given to our users in order to reduce confusion and support tickets?).

I have also been managing the Twitter account, which has over 3.700 followers and creating the internal newsletter, aiming to keep team focus and spreading the joy of our users.
