About me
My background includes studying a Business Information Systems degree at university and since then I have worked for an American software company called Puppet Labs, where I was Account Managing their clients. During this time my main focus was to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. I also delivered presentations face-to-face and over the phone to customers and closed deals for the enterprise software. I worked on new and existing business, managed the renewals and dealt with our re-selling partners. Targets were met and exceeded regularly and all client activity was organised and updated into the CRM Salesforce tool.
Currently I am part of Lloyds Banking Group and where I am managing a variety projects for their Retail Sales and Commercial area. Here I am maintaining relationships with many stakeholders, gathering requirements from the business and producing reports and delivering presentations to the executive team on weekly basis.
