About me

I am an artist who trained in art history and interior design and then specialised in jewellery design. I formed my own company BohemiAna (*) which designed and produced unique hand painted jewellery and accessories for high end stores. The company sold in Manila (where it was based), Tokyo and to a small number of US outlets. The products were featured in a number of Filipino and Asian fashion magazines and newspaper articles (available on request).

I recently moved to London to be with my husband who is based here and am looking for suitable work. My key qualities are:

- designing unique fashion items which draw on Eastern & Western influences and use a wide variety of raw materials, many only found in Asia

- spotting niches in the market or customising products to meet consumer needs

- having managed my own business experienced in all elements of design, manufacture, marketing and sales

- flexible and enjoy a challenge

I would welcome the opportunity to join a jewellery, accessories or similar design, manufacture or marketing/sales team and believe my experience would enable me to bring real value. I am also interested in other ventures (short term or long term) where creative skills and lateral thinking are required.
