The brief to JJ was to create a fun, creative, modern and vibrant place to work. Each room had been given a city name based on RCI’s subsidiaries around the world, meaning that each room needed to be treated and designed individually in line with its city theme. The move to Maplecross meant that some employees would have a longer and more difficult commute to the office, so RCI wanted to ensure that the new office was a place employees would want to travel to for work.
