ABOUT

THE GIRAFFE is a short narrative film about the time of Holocaust (1930-40s). A story about the little girl from a Jewish family trying to escape to her subconscious from the horrors of the war, but the tough reality breaks through now and then, trying to take away this last source of hope, guarded only by a little toy given once with love. This film has been funded by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany
THE GIRAFFE (Жирафа) – короткометражний ігровий фільм на тему Холокосту, дія відбувається у 1930-1940х роках. Це історія про маленьку дівчинку з єврейської родини, яка тікає від жорстоких реалій війни у свої сни та фантазії, які оберігаються лише іграшкою, колись подарованою батьком. Сценарій – переможець американського гранту Асоціації з єврейських матеріальних позовів до Німеччини.
