This User Journey flow project aims to understand and anticipate the paths users were taking to ensure each interaction would result in retargeting or sale conversion. This User Flow specifically centers around acknowledging that each user shops with different behaviors and being prepared to cater for each and the end of the journey. Achieving understanding around these User Flows minimises the risk of user abandonment.
